The TOBY system is designed as a mobile unit, and you may connect its 12 Volt pump to your vehicle's battery anytime for refueling.

System Operations
MIXING
Step 1. Add waste oil and fuel to the tank.
Step 2. Connect a power drill and stir with the provided mixing shaft* for 5-10 seconds.
*Step 3. Before starting the pump, always allow 5 minutes for fuel to sit in mixing tank (to let filtration beads do their work).
PUMPING
Step 4. Connect the pump's leads to a 12 Volt source.
Step 5. Turn on the on/off switch.
Step 6. Be ready to fill a tank with the fuel trigger gun.
REMEMBER: *Wait 5 minutes between mixing and pumping.
