In Northern and winter areas, using a lighter blend (less oil, more diesel fuel) achieves better results.

In extreme cold (i.e. 20 degrees below 0), some use up to, but no more than, 5% regular gasoline in a fuel mixture to help prevent gelling.

Black Fuel Processing Systems* for all Petroleum Based Products**

-Use these systems on tractors and trucks, on or off the road, as fuel or an additive.

-Our TOBY and CX-1 Systems operate by ratio blending...

...Begin by using 10% waste oil (diesel; automotive-style oils; crude oil; vegetable oil only if with high, clean flow)...all petroleum-based oils/fluids**...then increase your amount of waste oil incrementally to decrease the amount of diesel you require.

-These systems refine your biofuels better than the time-tested unfiltered biodiesel systems used by the trucking industry for many years.

-Mark Jordan's units provide more lubrication for the motor, injection pump, etc. and significantly extend the life of pumps, injectors, cylinder walls, and other motor parts.

*black fuel processing systemsFuel is still black when it comes out of the other end of these mixing systems... no heating, no washing, no toxic glycerin byproduct, and no explosive chemicals or corrosive fuel. The alcohol/alkaline method for making biodiesel can damage expensive engine components, but this waste oil mixing/filtration method produces fuel with a neutral pH.

**petroleum based products/oils - Fuels made by both of these systems will not gel in cold weather and will not separate once blended, as long as the suggested types of oils are used. Get better horsepower and fuel economy because petroleum based oils contain more btu's per gallon...and average of 2-10 miles per gallon increases have been seen by customers.

Each one of the millions of passenger vehicles in the US carry a minimum of 1 gallon of oil just in the crank case, not to mention all of the transmission fluids, motor oils, gear oils and hydraulic fluids that are drained from farm machinery, heavy equipment, school buses, salvaged cars, etc... all of which can be turned into a clean fuel and even combined to make a hybrid fuel.

*These mixtures also make a great fuel additive (even in small 1-2 gallon quantities) as well as heavy duty parts cleaner. As an additive, it compares with Red Line (normally $25/gallon), yet you will be spending only $1/gallon.

*Mark Jordan, who has been making these systems for six (6) years, loves to use the blend when cleaning his transmissions. "It works like a charm," he says.

-Mix in 10% increments starting at 90%/10% diesel to waste oil.

-We do not recommend heavier than 80% waste oil because only certain vehicles will run it thicker.

-Your vehicle will tell you if it will run your mixture.

-You will have heavier smoke in the exhaust if it is too thick with waste oil.

***2006 and earlier are the recommended vehicle model years for using with our systems.

Due to newly manufactured pollution controls and warranty clauses within the automotive industry, biodiesel will interfere with certain models' performance. Sensors pick up changes in color and thickness of fuels and tell the vehicle to start running poorly, then not at all.

Chevrolet 6.5 [2001 and under] and 6.6 diesels [2001-2006] need to be inquired about with Mark Jordan before using a one of these systems...

You can run no more than 30% black fuel mix in those specific vehicles.

This has been our personal observation.

These Fast Fuel Fystems are used in Australia, England, logging outfits in

Bejing, Central America, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Ireland, to name a few.

They are especially well suited for Dodge Cummings, Ford Powerstroke, and other such diesels.

Vehicles we have personally run with our mixtures...

using mostly motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid and some vegetable oil:

(1st number = waste oil percentage; 2nd number = diesel percentage)

2006 Dodge 2500 crew cab 2 wheel drive
runs a 50/50 mixture ratio, gets 26 MPG
1998 Dodge 2500 ext cab 2wd
70/30 mix, 25 MPG
1997 Ford 250 ext cab 2wd
80/20 mix, 21 MPG
1995 Ford 350 reg cab 2wd
80/20 winter mix, 90/10 summer, 22 MPG
1992 Dodge 250 ext cab 2wd
95/5 mix, 26 MPG
1987 Mercedes 300 TD
80/20 mix, 35 MPG
1985 Mercedes 300 TD
80/20 mix, 39 MPG
1980 Mercedes 240 D
80/20 mix, 41 MPG
misc. Farm Tractors, John Deere, Massey, Kubota, Case...
50/50 to 80/20

As a result of the poor fuel quality in our country, the average rebuild on American passenger cars and trucks is several hundred thousand miles earlier than in Europe, where they use more waste oils in their fuel than we do in the US.

These systems use a special filter to absorb antifreeze, dirt, metal particles, and water.

Emissions from the fuel produced out of these systems is no more polluting than regular diesel fuel.

Many customers enjoy using these units to make cheaper fuel for home and shop heating systems.

If you want to know how well your diesel will run on an oil/diesel blend, we recommend you buy enough new crank case oil to fill your tank with 50% new oil and 50% new diesel fuel. If it runs well with this test, it will definitely run with our systems' mixes.
